windows下设置可以编译c语言的mingw+msys环境变量，记住是c语言，不是c++，纯新

，详细点，最好有图文，如果说不用设置环境变量，那怎么可以像Ubuntu一样编译也可以，谢谢各位大神

MinGW支持C也支持C++，配置了C 语言的环境变量，C++ 的基本也可以用，使用的时候命令区分一下就行了。
另外，推荐使用Editplus+MinGW配置，用起来更方便一些。
