Private cars are becoming more and more popular in our daily life. They bring us a lot of convenience, but also cause some problems.

On the one hand, private cars can make our life easier. For example, we don't need to wait for the bus or take a taxi when going out; we can drive by ourselves without worrying about traffic jam or being late for work. Besides, it is much faster than taking public transportation which saves us time and energy. On the other hand, private cars have caused many serious problems such as air pollution and traffic jams. The exhaust gas from vehicles has polluted the air so that people's health is affected badly. Moreover, with more and more private cars on roads, there are always traffic jams during rush hours which makes people feel frustrated and angry sometimes.

To sum up，private car brings us great convenience while at same time causes some serious issue . We should try to reduce its bad effects by using public transportation whenever possible ,and strictly enforce laws against those who violate regulations on vehicle emission standards .
