First of all,we should put the democracy into practice,namely respecting each other no matter you are a teacher or a student,in order to achieve the teaching benefits teachers as well as students alike.Secondly,we should think much of the credit and friendship,namely treating each other sincerely.And when someone get hurt,everybody should give their help,when conflict happen among the students,everybody should make peace.As long as the students and teachers are of thsee qualities,teaching efficiency must rise.
Therefore,in order to bulid a harmonious campus,we should really start form the little thinds,to make the students free and the teachers fair.I believe that less complaint,enmity and hate will make the dream come true.

Harmony is a typical concept in the chinese traditional culture.To make the harmony come true is people's beautiful dreams and wishes,and building a harmonious campus by using all the active factors will always become the everlasting theme.
The relationship between the teachers and students should be harmoniously constructed,in order to build a harmonious campus.Our teachers are the ones that pass the knowledge onto us without any reservation,making us become acquainted people from ignorance.Therefore,we should treasure all the actions as well as the labor of the teachers,so that we can build harmonious learning environment.In addition,to well build the relationship among the students is also important.We should be concerned about the students in difficult situation by using a sincerely heart,letting them feel the warmth in the harmonious campus,so that we can build the harmonious interpersonal relationship.
I believe that as long as we do so,we will build a harmonious campus,living a better school life.
