请各位大侠帮我审核一下信用证中的几个条款！多谢了！

信用证是一家爱尔兰的银行开的，我总觉得这几个条款有点问题，特别是用红色标出来的。

41D available with any bank by negotiation at sight by acceptance.

46A
+f/s clean shipped on board marine or ocean bill(s) of lading, consigned to order blank endorsed, marked notify first party-j.j. abc ltd, and second party-sea services ltd marked freight collect.

+gsp form a certificate of origin dated on or before shipment date showing the country of origin and bearing the original signatures of the exporter and the certifying authority, and also stating in box 12 ……… for goods exported to republic of ireland, if dated after shipment date, gsp form a must be stamped' issued retrospectively.

41D是信用证议付条款。在任何银行议付就是公开议付条款，很好。

46A是提单通知人条款。有两个被通知人很正常。

在下面是对普惠制产地证的要求。只要在发运日或之前签发GSP FORM A就可以。即使晚于发运日，有关方面盖个章也行。

三个条款都没有问题。

这一条款存在问题 不可能出现 negotiation at sight 然后又来by acceptance, 如果是假远期信用证，应该在附加条款有特别声明

提单条款注明第一通知方和第二通知方是完全可以，按信用证要求做就行了

如果FORM A 在装船日之后签发，必须标注“ISSUED RETROSPECTIVELY" 即 “后发”之意，这是可以的。
