目的：探讨鼻内镜、电子鼻咽喉镜等多镜联合在鼻窦手术中的应用。方法：对我科22例上颌窦前壁与底壁交界处小囊肿，6例蝶窦小囊肿，5例真菌球性上颌窦炎，采用鼻内镜和电子鼻咽喉镜相结合进行手术治疗。结果：8例上颌窦小囊肿、6例蝶小囊肿在鼻内镜下由筛窦钳适当扩撑自然窦口后，由电子鼻咽喉镜直接经上颌窦自然开口和蝶窦自然开口进入窦腔完成囊肿摘除，4例直接经上颌窦副口进入上颌窦完成了囊肿摘除，其余病例均在鼻内镜下适当扩大窦口后，由鼻内镜下完成部分手术后，在电子鼻咽喉镜协助下彻底清除病灶。结论：多镜联合在鼻窦手术中，尤其是对上颌窦前壁、前壁与窦壁交界处，蝶窦底壁、侧壁病灶的清除具有很强的操作性，在尽可能地减少窦口开窗范围的情况下，充分发挥各镜的优点，以达到微创目的，其适应范围广泛，具有很深远的发展前景。
