宾语从句时，that一般可以省略，但如有两个宾语从句，则第二个that不能省略。
在表语从句和主语从句里，that不能省略。

但是有时不能省略

The mayor announced June 1 the fund would be exhausted. 这句或 到底是说 mayor announced june 1 that 还是 mayor announced that june 1？？

可以看出，如果省略就会是让读者因不明而停顿。 造句最好 避免。
