一方面是这个岗位不仅能够结合我的专业，而且能够解决我的工作问题，目前我是待业状态，而且我对这个岗位很有兴趣，我也通过网络了解到一些银监会的信息，虽然普通老百姓平常很少接触到银监会，但是它跟我们的生活又息息相关，因为它站在监管者的角度默默的维护着银行的稳定运行，保护着消费者的利益，我希望能够从事这份工作。
另一方面，我认为这是一份富有挑战性的工作，银行监管工作可能复杂而繁琐，而我乐于接受这样的挑战。专业符合岗位要求只是最基本的，我认为能够胜任一份工作更重要的是有不断探索和求知的能力，是怀着耐心和责任心踏实做好自己工作的心态。我记得在大学期间我们的经济学郭教授说过这样一句话，“书本上的知识固然重要，但是你们在以后的工作中不一定都用得着，更重要的是你的实践能力，你的领悟和自学的能力”，这句话我在之前的工作中深有体会，虽然遇到了很多困难，比如店铺经营初期资金紧缺、人员不足、无管理经验等，这些问题都是我和同事一起努力探索然后解决的。
