B 和 C 的区别。lack有两种词性

书上说的是对的，但是还少了一句话，就是在去掉主语和Be动词的同时，相应的实意动词也要做出相应的改动。在此题目中，主语是my parents故实意动词用主动形式即在动词后加ing所以此题应选lacking.如果主语是物，则用被动形式即就用lacked.
