电脑蓝屏是什么原因,怎么解决?

出现的英文是:
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer .
BAD_POOL_HEADER
If this is the first time you have seen this stop error screen,restart your computer .
If this screen appears again,follow these steps:
check to make sure any new hardware or software si properly installed.
If this is a new installation ,ask your headware orsoftware manufacturer for any windows updates your mighe need.
If problems continue,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software.Disable BIOS memony option such has caching or shadowing .
If you need to use safe to remove or disable components,restart your computer,press F8 to setect Advanced startup options,and then select safe mode .

已经重新启动若干次,可不知道什么时候就再次蓝屏了!
