第九季没有第22集，总共就21集，还有以下是第十季的消息

1、已经得到CW官方确认：Smallville第十季将是本剧最终季！
2、饰演Chloe Sullivan的演员Allison Mack将在第十季离开剧组，但是会回归几集，具体集数是多少现在还不清楚，反正Chloe不再是常规角色了。
In an exclusive statement given to Entertainment Weekly's Michael Ausiello, Allison confirms her status for Season 10. In it, Mack confirms that she IS leaving the show... but she won't be gone completely.
“It’s amazing to think that Chloe Sullivan and I have been one in the same for over a third of my life,” she said in the statement posted at EW.com. “I’m truly humbled by the love and loyalty of all the fans whose enthusiasm has carried me — along with a cast and crew which has become my second family — over the past 9 and a half years. Out of respect for the amazingly loyal fans and the place I will always have in my own heart for Chloe, I’m coming back for several episodes next season to tie up Chloe’s Smallville legacy properly. It’s been a life-changing ride, and I look forward to what lies ahead with the strength of a ‘superhero’ as my foundation.”
3、Smallville第十季的播出时间仍然是周五晚8点，并与以前的老搭档Supernatural重逢，Supernatural被安排在周五晚9点。周三和周四晚9点分别安排两部新剧《Hellcats》《Nikita》。
Smallville will be remaining on Friday nights for its final season, The CW has revealed, and this time, it will be reunited with its old lead-out Supernatural.
The Tom Welling-produced Hellcats will be on Wednesdays at 9PM (ET) and Nikita is taking the plum Thursday timeslot following The Vampire Diaries.

Tom Welling will be a full executive producer next year... and he really wants Michael Rosenbaum/Lex back in some capacity for Season 10. Let's see it happen! Tom wants not only Michael to return, but Kristin Kreuk, Annette O'Toole, and even John Schneider! Make it happen, Tom! Although Tom also said this in his Post interview, contrary to the announcement that Smallville is approaching its final season: "We've lasted this long because the of the fans, who knows, if enough people watch this year ... eleven sounds pretty good too!"
