During the follow-up inspections:
1st Follow-up inspection: the purpose is to confirm that product meets NOM standard (label, manual, testing process), this inspection must take place between 3- 5 month
2nd Follow-up inspection: the purpose is submitting the product to testing process in order to confirm that product has not been modified and it remains safe for the consumer, after this inspection, we can get the Renewal NOM certificate.
The inspections have to be attended at any store or warehouse of HDMx.
Please take note, for all NOM certificate you have, you must attend the follow-up inspections (the process mentioned above it´s mandatory in order to maintain the validity of NOM certificate)
Attached you will find the NOM certificates that have been sampled, please take note that we already attended the first follow-up inspections, so, we need your help in order to approve the quote.
Keep in mind, we only have 30 days in order to submit the samples to laboratory in order to start testing process, if we delay the NOM certificates could be suspended; so, please help to approve the quotes as soon as you can
Once we have completed both testing processes, you will receive a Letter of Compliance, this document will indicate that product maintains the NOM certificate and you can request the Renewal NOM certificate of another year; then, you will receive the Renewal NOM certificate some days before of the expiration date for each current NOM certificate.
Once you approve the quote, you will receive a list with the estimated dates to get the Renewal NOM certificates
