2，can you see 后要接陈述语序呀，老师应该讲过吧，呵呵，what is going on就是陈述语序，如果换成what they are doing就对了
3，考得是定语从句，a good job is one (that) you......., 先行词是one, that 在后面的从句作宾语，可以省略；当然你也可以把他看成表语从句，但要用what引导啊，呵呵

one指代a job，完整的是one (that)，这里that省略了
用that的话这里就没有指代的对象了，that要紧跟着指代的那个词使用。
