豆浆用料:
豆子(黄豆、黑豆都可以) 100g(大概两个人的用量,一个人50g左右)
水 适量(喜欢浓的就少放点)
打豆浆的步骤如下:
1、把豆子洗干净上锅煮熟,豆子一定要煮熟,要不生的豆子会有毒性的。

2、豆子中火煮大约40分钟左右,煮到豆子膨胀有点开花就可以了。

3、加入水,开打。水量看喜好,水的多少自己掌握,喜欢浓稠的就放少些,喜欢清淡的就多放些。

4、喜欢纯正的就用纱布过滤下,嫌麻烦的不过滤也很好喝,就是喝的时候会有豆渣。

5、喜欢甜的放点糖,喜欢咸的就放上紫菜香葱碎、榨菜末、油条后,淋上少许芝麻油就是美味的咸豆浆。
