我经历过许多事,有的使我开心,有的使我难过,有的使我惭愧······然而最难忘的是那件让我最自豪的事.
记得七岁时,妈妈生病了,卧床不起,吃饭没胃口,还不时呕吐.看妈妈难受得样子,我心里特别焦急,我关心地问妈妈；“妈妈,你想吃点什么?”妈妈有气无力地说：“能喝口粥就好了.”我记在心里,可我从小都在妈妈的呵护下长大,什么事情都没干过.我想：怎么做粥呢,问妈妈,不行,因为会让妈妈操心,对,查阅电脑.说干就干,我打开电脑找到怎么煮粥,原来煮粥是把小米放在清水里泡上半小时,在把泡过的小米放在电磁炉上,用旺火一边煮一边用勺子转动,煮上十分钟,接着用小火慢熬二十分钟就可以了.
我马上到厨房,可是看起来容易,做起来挺难得：首先淘米时因为水龙头开太大,米溅到水槽,水花溅得我满身都是.但我毫不气馁,重新再淘米,我在厨房里笨手笨脚地忙碌了好一阵,终于粥熬好了,我还加了妈妈最喜欢的芹菜,我很兴奋,在舀粥时手又被烫红了.我高兴得把香喷喷的粥端到妈妈面前,妈妈感到非常意外,连连夸我.看到妈妈津津有味的喝着热腾腾的粥,我的手也不痛了.
这就是我最自豪的一件事.

One of the proud moments in my life is when I achieved something great. This happened when I was in high school.
At that time, I was not a good student. I used to get poor grades in most of my subjects, and I had no motivation to improve. However, I wanted to achieve something great in my life, so I started working hard.
I spent a lot of time studying, and I sought help from my teachers and classmates. With their support, I was able to improve my grades. I kept working hard, and eventually I achieved something great.
I passed my high school exams with flying colors, and I was awarded the best student award. This was a proud moment for me because I knew that I had worked hard to achieve it.
Since that day, I have become more confident and motivated to achieve my goals. I know that if I can achieve something great through hard work, then I can achieve anything.
