nowadays,many companies employ the graduates in a low salary.sometimes,the companies also can't provide the living conditons for them.
but i don;t think it's acceptable for the gratuades.firstly,those companies just think the graduates lack of experiences,but the gratuades have abilitis to work for their jobs.secondly,the graduates just graduated from the colleges,they have the high ambition to work for their future.the companies must have the chances for them.finally,the companies offer the high salaries also can let the graduates do their best to competent for the jobs.
in a word,it's suitable for the companies to offer a good job in a high salary for the graduates.
