这个是Self belief为题的，你可以再改改，放一些例子上去。

Self belief, self confidence... whatever you call it, when you believe in yourself life becomes much, much easier.
You achieve more, you have less anxiety and you catch opportunities as they arise.
It is a wonderful feeling when you know you can stand by your decisions, rely on yourself in difficult situations and overcome it.

There may be days when you get up in the morning and things aren’t the way you had hoped they would be. That’s when you have to tell yourself that things will get better.
