[Abstract]: As a new type of commercial operation,electronic commerce is different from the traditional business model.This paper describes the meaning of e-commerce,the concept of competitiveness of enterprises and constituent elements of agricultural enterprises'competitiveness, including basic elements and specific elements.For agricultural enterprises, the development of e-business is necessary, which is required by the new era. This paper analyzes the weaknesses in the aspect of e-business infrastructure, e-commerce consciousness, industrial market, management, etc. that existing in the development of agricultural enterprises in our country,in the meantime put forward some strategies to improve the competition ability of the agricultural corporation under the e-commerce ,solving the shortage of e-commerce development to enhance the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises in China.
