压力传感器是现代工业社会最常用的传感器之一,被广泛应用于航空航天、石油化工和汽车制造等领域。随着现代工业的发展对于压力传感器的需求量也越来越大,要求越来越高,尤其是精度也必须满足要求。传统的传感器的测量方法大多采用手工操作,特别是压力传感器,基本上都是采用手动油压或者气压标定。尽管近几年也从国外引进了部分标定设备,但是价格较为昂贵,成本高,不易于推广。本系统用MCS——51系列单片机,设计出智能压力检测系统,成本低廉,使用方便,精度也比较高。现代压力传感器为了能使所测量的压力数据更精确,在非线性和热零点漂移上还采用了硬件软件相互结合的补偿办法。在节约成本,节约能源,简化电路的基础上来达到最佳测量效果。数据补偿方面重点采用软件补偿的办法。因为程序容易修改,便于调试。
