摘要 环境问题已成为全世界关注的热点，环境意识与环境质量程度是衡量社会与民族发展的一个重要标志。培养中学生的环境意识对防止环境恶化、促进可持续发展具有重大的意义。如何有针对性地开展环境教育课程，使学生的环境意识得到普遍提高成为了研究的目标及重点。本学位论文对广州市城市以及农村中学学生进行抽样问卷调查，对比调查数据得出，由于环境、经济、教育水平等差异，致使学生的环境意识出现高低不同的程度。然后根据城乡中学学生环境意识上的缺陷，分别提出完善城乡中学环境教育的建议。

Abstract:Environmental issues have become the focus of the world, the environmental awareness and environmental quality are an important symbol of measuring the sociaty and nation's development. Training middle school students' environmental awareness has great significances to prevent environmental degradation and promot sustainable development . Our research objectives and priorities are howow to carry out targeted environmental education programs so that students can receive a general increase in environmental awareness . The dissertation conducts a sampling survey in Guangzhou urban and rural secondary school students,by comparing the survey data obtained, due to environmental, economic and educational level differences, the environmental awareness of students has great differences. Then according to urban and rural secondary school students environmental awareness of defects,we put forward proposals for environmental education to improve the urban and rural secondary schools

Environmental problems are becoming more and more serious all over the world. With the development of industry and agriculture, cars make GREat noises and give off poisonous gas. Trees on the hills have been cut down,and waste water is being poured continuously into rivers. Furthermore,wherever we go today, we can find rubbish carelessly disposed. The whole ecological balance of the earth is changing. Massive destruction of environment has brought about negative effects and even poses a great threat to man's existence.
We must face the situation that exists and take actions to solve our environmental problems. For instance, new laws must be passed to place strict control over industrial pollution, the pub!ic must receive the education about the hazard of pollution and so on. We hope that all these measures will be effective and bring back a healthful environment.
The earth scale change of climate has brought a new kind of natural disaster and the developed and complicated city system is holding a latent risk of expanding the damage artificially. Also people has been spoiling the health since the immense quantity of chemicals have been produced and already used in pursuit of convenience and various toxic substances have been produced unintentionally and accumulated in environment. Therefore, We need some countermeasures from the viewpoint to prevent the city environment form disaster and to manage environmental risks. So we will develop and improve a new risk management system and a disaster prevention system to preserve and create the city environment where people feel easy and sound in their life.
The environmental protection is the most major problem which in the modern life the humanity faces. Must solve this problem must start from foundation. First, must massively propagandize, enhances people's consciousness with understanding, strengthens the environmental protection consciousness. Next, must carry on waste recovery use, reduces to forest-tree's felling. Also must strengthen to white pollution processing, little uses the plastic product. Finally, must make improvement to clean aspect. Causes the city's appearance to be neater. For Earth's tomorrow, we must start from the now diligently, will want the well local constable to protect the environment. The whole world is paying more and more attention to the environmental issues.Both the environmental consciousness and the degree of environmental quality are two important symbols in judging the development of society and nation.It is of great significance to develop middle school students' environmental consciousness,aimed at preventing the environmental deterioration and promoting the sustainable development.How to make pointed references to open the environment education courses has become the research priorities,in order to universally improve students' environmental consciousness.After the questionnaire survey made towards both the urban and rural middlw school students in Guangzhou,it concludes that students' environmental consciousness is of different degree,result from the differences of the environment,the economy,and the education level.Then,based on the defect of the middle school students both in city and countryside,the paper separately put forward the advice to complete the environmental education of it.
