Business negotiation is a course during which, about a project relating to both sides' benefit, two sides consult for their own purpose , solve the disputes, reach an agreement and at last sign contracts. This article starts with the differences in Chinese and Western business manners, presents the common issues before and after our business talks and analyzes them separately. It aims to help us make fewer mistakes in the fierce competition and lay foundations for the future.
