在超声无损探测中,探头的性能好坏直接制约着整个检测系统的性能。如果检测前,不甚了解超声探头的性能参数,将无法保证检测结果的精度和可靠性。本论文以水浸超声探头为研究对象,对探头的特性进行分析。首先介绍检测超声压电换能器的发展状况和水浸超声探头的结构、性能指标及影响,接着分析圆形活塞式探头的辐射声场,为探头的特性分析和性能测定提供理论基础。其次研究水浸超声探头的测定方法,应用球靶法测量探头的频率声场特性,并对波形自动跟踪和可视化技术等关键技术进行研究。最后利用Visual C++编译环境进行编程实现对水浸超声探头特性进行测定。并对全文的工作进行了总结,对将来进一步的工作作出展望。
