短文改错

On my way to home last Friday afternoon,I saw a younglady walking slowly in the street with a handbag in hand.A young man ride a bike came up,seized the bag suddenly and took
her away.the lady could do nothing but cry for help.Just then I happened to be walking around the corner and saw that had happened.I had a box with me so I throw it on the street.When the man rode along,the bike was hit the box and he fell.So we caught the fellow and got back the handbag.The lady was so thank to me ,and I said with a smile,"Well,it doesn't matter.”

——carrying a handbag(伴随）
or——with a handbag （"in a hand" is useless)

——I happened to walk
(当happen解释为碰巧时，后接不定式）

6. so I throw it——so I threw it(时态一致）

7.on the street——on the road
or——in the street(固定搭配）

8.the bike was hit the box
——the bike was hit by the box(被动）

9. so thank to me
——very grateful to me for helping her
——enormously grateful for my help
（这个错该怎么说呢？就是根本没这种说法啊！）
其实我觉得，最后一句如果改成you're welcome会更顺耳，因为我们老师说it doesn't matter解释为不用谢的用法不多。
