xilinx ise 安装没反应，就是点击setup时程序没反应 路径是英文的 系统是win7 32位 求解？
是10.1版本的ise

Such failure is typically caused by corrupt installation. Can you try re-installing ISE?

Also check the MD5Sum value of the installation archive and make sure it matches the one in Xilinx download site.

Also check the current directory location an the TEMP environment variable location to make sure they accessible and can be written to.

Start with the CWD, you can check this by entering "pwd" in the Tcl console or just cd to a known writable directory before opening Project Navigator.

请检测md5校验并重新安装。
还有就是安装的时候关闭360,杀毒软件。
