我想在白色文档嵌入我的对话框 IDD_FORMVIEW

方法如下：
用CView*或者CFrameWnd*给他做父窗口 一般你是做成非模态对话框就用Create Example

一个对话框，是不可能嵌入单文档的“文件”中的，只能说，使用对话框作为一个SDI单文档程序的窗口。
在创建MFC程序的向导中，选择View类的基类为CFormView即可。
