Dear XXX:
I am the tenant. Firstly, your rent fee is too high.Although it is near to my factory, it's much more expensive than other apartments. Second, your apartment exists the problem of water leakage. In rainy days I have to prepare some sinks to fecth water. Last but not least, your apartment is often cut off the water and electricity supply. It disturbs me badly. When I'm cooking,it is black out. I can't stand it!
