My favorite food is yoghourt. Youghourt is not only dilicious but also healthy for my body.In the morning, I usually have some pieces of bread and milk as my breakfast. And I always eat some rice, meat and vegetables in lunch. In the evening, I like to just have some fruits and warm water as my dinner. I think the way I have food is healthy for myself.
