on time 准时,in time及时,你从汉语意思上也能体会出两者的区别.ON TIME的意思比IN TIME的意思要细化的多,IN TIME 是不太确定的时间.如:
I go to school on time every day.(我每天按时到校)
He returned the book in time.(他及时还了书)
