一道英语奥数题，求解题思路。

the school opens at 6:00 in the morning and closes at 18:40 in the evening. In the afternoon. a student asked the teacher:"what time is it ? The teacher answered:"one -third time passed from the opening time,and add one-fourth time which from now to getting off time, and it's the present time." Now find out what time is it now?
列式列的很好，可是解不出答案呀！还有高手帮忙解答吗？

几点了，老师说：从开门到放学这段时间中的三分之一时刻，加上从现在这一时刻起到放学这段时间的四分之一就正好是现在的时刻，现在请你算算现在的时刻？
我的思路：
设现在为X点：X=（18点40分-6点）*1/3+（18点40分-X点）*1/4
