Over the last half century the pace of change in the life of human being has increased beyond our wildest expectations. This has been driven by technological and scientific breakthroughs that changing is whole the way we view the world on an almost daily basis. This means that change is not always a personal option but on an inescapable fact of life and we need to constantly adapt to keep the pace with it.
Those people who believe they achieved some security by doing the same, familiar things are living in denial. Even when people believe they are resisting change themselves, they cannot stop the world around from change. Sooner or later they will find familiar jobs no longer exist, or that the "safe" patterns no longer appropriate.
Reaching the conclusion that change is inevitable is not same as assuming "change is always for the batter". Unfortunately, it is not always the case that new things are promoted, because they have good impact for majority of people .A lot of innovation are made with the aim of making money for a few. This is because rich and powerful people in our society who are able to impose changes that are in own interests.
In conclusion , i would say that change can be stimulating and energising for individuals when they pursue it themselves, but that all change, including that which is impose on people, does not necessarily have good outcomes.

my view of American
Before this class,I think Ameican is a rich but dangersous country.
for example, thr aging of the American population.
America is growing older. Fifty years ago, only 4 out of every 100 people in the United States were 65 or older. Today, 10 out of every ]00 Americans are over 65. The aging of the population will affect American society in many ways - education, medicine, and business. The graying of America has made us a very different society ---one in which people have a quite different idea of what kind of behavior is suitable at various ages.
A person's age no longer tells you anything about his or her social position, marriage or health. There's no longer a particular year in which one goes to school or goes to work or gets married or starts a family. The social clock that kept us on time and told us when to go to school, get a job, or stop working isn't as strong as it used to be. It doesn't surprise us to hear of a 29-year-old university president or a 35-year- old grandmother,or a 70-year-old man who has become a father for the first time. Public ideas are changing.
Many people say,"l am much younger than my mother or my father was at my age." No one says anymore," Act your age." We've stopped looking with surprise at older people who act in youthful ways.
howver, after this class,my idea is changing.I have fell in love with It's food and cuture.
What is “American food”? At first you might think the answer is easy. To many people, American food means hamburgers, hot dogs, fried chicken and pizza. If you have a “sweet tooth”, you might even think of apple pie or chocolate chip cookies. It’s true that Americans do eat those things. But are those the only kind of food you can find in America?
Except for Thanksgiving turkey, it’s hard to find a typical “American” food. The United States is a land of immigrants. So Americans eat food from many different countries. When people move to America, they bring their cooking styles with them. That’s why you can find almost every kind of ethnic food in America. In some cases, Americans have adopted foods from other countries as favorites. Americans love Italian pizza, Mexican tacos and Chinese egg rolls and so on.
Americans on the go also like to eat a lot of “junk food.” Potato chips, candy bars, soft drinks are popular. But some people choose more healthy eating habits. Some even go “all natural.”
American culture is a good example of the saying “You are what you eat.”Americans represent a wide range of backgrounds and ways of thinking. The variety of foods enjoyed in the U.S. shows the difference of personal tastes. The food may be international or regional. Sometimes it’s fast, and sometimes it’s not so fast. It might be junk food, or maybe it’s natural food. In any case, the style is all-American.
so ,now I have reliased that American is a good countryand I would like to make more friends with Americans.
