Everyone of us wants a healthy life but do you know what is the meaning of healthy life? Firstly
I think we need to have a balance diet.A balance diet need to containcarbohydrate
protein
fat
vitamins
minerals salts and fibre.These are important to our body.If there is not enough protein
you will not be able to grow properly and you will not be able to repair yourself . If you do not have enough energy containing foods you will feel very tired
you will not have enough energy. If you have too much energy containing foods you will bee overweight. Be the way
we need to sleep for about at less 7 hours everyday.If we don&#039;t sleep enough
we don&#039;t have enough energy to work or go to school.Do you sleep st 7 hours everyday? To be healthy
we need to be happy
