本文对水环境容量的基础和计算模型进行了归纳和总结,在查阅、收集大量有关水环境容量的资料,对釜溪河干流河段的水环境容量进行了初步的研究,并提出了实施总量控制的建议。
首先用单因子评价法评价釜溪河干流河段的水环境质量状况,从分析结果知,釜溪河干流河段的水质状况是劣Ⅴ类,其主要的污染物是氨氮;其次,对釜溪河干流河段的污染源进行调查,确定实际的污染入河量,得出其主要的污染源为非点源污染;接着,以COD和氨氮为指标,研究选择一维水质计算模型进行计算水环境容量和允许排污量,根据实际的排污量,计算出应该削减的量,计算结果显示,釜溪河干流河段的COD和氨氮污染物要分别削减8067.12 t/a,3514.74 t/a;最后为釜溪河干流河段水环境质量的改善、水环境容量的管理以及生态流域的建设提供研究性的建议和结论。 展开
