1、IE工具高级选项中,取消"启动第三方浏览器扩展"选项；2、使用IE6；LR8.1对IE7的支持不够好；3、升级LR到9.0或更高版本

问题已经解决：是启用了第三方浏览器的原因！谢谢斑竹！

1. 完全卸载loadrunner.

2. 把ie设置为默认浏览器
   

3. 必须重新安装在c盘下,安装的时候关闭防火墙和360等安全软件

4. 完成以上就可以了,友情提示loadrunner安装在别的盘很容易出问题!!
