Where does the supplier of the Trim Kit come from ? Chinese supplier or Japanese supplier?

2.请问是否一定要copy出一模一样trim kit ？我们工程师觉得有些地方可以参照制作，但有些地方我们可以用另一种方法或材料来代替以便节约成本（模具费）。

Is it a must for us to make a exact copy of the Trim Kit ? Our engineers think that there are some places that can be used as our reference to produce the trim kit and some places can be replaced with another method or materials to save the production cost ( referring to the mould fees )

3.请问底板上的4个角各有2个孔，请问是起什么作用？用来固定？

Please kindly tell us what the functions of those holes under the bottom board ( with two holes on every corner of four corners on the baseboard? Are they used to fixed the trim kit?

we got several questions after we have our engineer checked the materials you sent.They are as follows:
1,what's the manufacturer of the TRIM KIT?Is it made by chinese provider or made overseas?
2.Do we or do we not have to copy exactly the same TRIM KIT?Our engineer advise us to copy only some of the parts as we can make other parts in a more cost-save way.
4,there are 2 holes on each quater,what are those used for?Is it for fixation?
In conclusion,our engineer has already known the raw and structure of the TRIM KIT and we will discuss it later after we got all the answers to the questions above,then we will inform you a develop report in detail, and thank you for your time!

Dear customer

We have some queries after checking the products you sent before.

●Where is the original manufacturer of Trim Kit from, China or another country?

●Do we need to manufacture products which are all the same with the sample?
To reduce cost, we suggest some are the same with sample but some different, for example, we can use other methods or materials to save Tooling cost.

●What's the purpose of the 8 holes which locate at 4 corners, each corner has 2 holes? For fixing?

All in all, we have basically known the material and structure of Trim Kit. We will double-check and summary then make a development plan for your reference.
