D为什么错？还有在用as is the case with的时候不需要考虑平行吗，pharmacy和prescription不平行啊？D不是更好吗？

错误用法： as it be; than be the case; as in/with the case of;

应首先排除 因为从句缺谓语 as变成了介词 ，并列连词so并无连接的平行对象

在用as is the case with的时候不需要考虑平行，这与平行结构是两回事
as是关系代词 代替后面的主句 引导非限制性定语从句 并在从句中作表语

原句=the case with traditional pharmacies is the same as prescriptions are the cornerstone of a successful online drugstore

个人感觉E不仅比其他好，而且是唯一正确的选项。

这个题的主要考点在于动作和其逻辑主语的关系+代词替代这个逻辑主语的准确性。

从题干我们可以看出这句话的意思，那么可以简单分析出里面几个动作的逻辑关系如下：
if has worded well 所说的，是a course of action
使executive犯错的是因为committed to a course of action
而executive犯的错是miss signs of...或者misinterpret them(then 指代signs)
