请教cognos framework manager创建projects时连接数据源的问题

系统环境为win 2003,cognos services 7 在用Framework Manager建立projects时报： Unable to access service at URL: Please check that your gateway URI information is configured correctly and that the service is available. For further information please contact your service administrator. 检查configuration里的geteway uri:http://localhost:80/crn/cgi-bin/cognos.cgi 没什么问题~ service启动也正常~ ;)
