有许多近义词比如38题的B long和D late为啥不选D推迟的尽可能的晚呢？

42题，牙医不仅仅检查了这一颗牙，（除了这一颗牙，还检查其他的）用Besides不行么？

43题，C的altogether怎么不行呢？不是完全的意思么？
