My name is Yinghao, and this is my first time to have an interview with foreigners. So I am excited as well as a little anxious.

I graduated from university 7 years ago, and my major is Public Management. Four years study in college, I discovered my interest in management. So after graduation, I got my first job in an IT company. My job shaped me into an independent, goal-oriented and a passionate person. Furthermore , it also gave me opportunities to explore much more about management.

However, it is indisputable that,the whole world is changing at an unprecedented rate. Either keep up with or be eliminated. In this situation, I think learn more and never give up to improve myself is the best way to let me go further and longer.

So last year, I made a deliberate decision,which is, trying to take an MBA course. Fortunately, I was enrolled by Wuhan university. Except that it is the most beautiful university in China, its international study tour and exchange programme for MBAs are also attracting me. Obviously, taking an MBA course should not be confined to the classroom. We need to cultivate a wide range of perspectives by taking part in discussions ordebates on different subjects, with peers from different areas even different countries. In this way can we progress our management career.

So I made another deliberate decision , applying for the exchange to MMU. In 2017, MMU is one of the best young universities in the world. I believe that studying in MMU will be anamazing experience in my MBA study journey even in my whole life!
