I believe that everyone wants to own good health,and they are always trying their best to find the most effetive way,but some mistaken ideas may exist in their minds.

To be health is not that easy,people must do from two aspects,namely the diet and the exercise.As we all know,people must have three meals a day,but someone never carefully treat their breakfast,this disobey the science,for the breakfast is the most important meal for people.Besides,someone always incorrectly think that the supper must be rich,but they don't know it's the reason why they turn fat,so it's better have as less as possible.Of course,do some sports is also necessary,for it can not only help people digest what they eat,but also strengthen their body quality.
保持健康不是那么的简单,人们必须从两方面入手,即饮食和锻炼。我们都知道,人们一天要吃三餐,但是有些人总是不认真对待早餐,这是违背科学的,因为早餐时最为重要的一餐。除此以外,有些人总是错误地认为晚餐应该吃地很丰富,但他们不知道这就是为什么他们长这么胖的原因,所以在晚餐吃的越少越好。当然,做一些体育锻炼也是必须的,因为它可以帮助人们消化和加强人们的身体素质。

A recent survey shows that almost 30% of teenagers have unhealthy eating habits and living habits.

Nowadays, people don't really care about their personal health, because they maybe are busy in working, studying, playing computers or doing soemething else. They make themselves very busy so that they forget to have meals, and don't have enough sleeping time. People now are keeping eating unhealthy foods, like junkfoods, many high cholesterin food, and they do not have properly diet or exerxise.
现在,人们对个人健康不是很在意,以为他们也许是忙于工作,学习,玩电脑或者做一些其它的事。他们使自己特别忙,以致于忘记了吃饭,没有足够的睡眠时间。人们总是吃一些不健康的食物,如垃圾食品,高胆固醇食品,没有正确的饮食习惯和运动。
As we all know, unhealthy diet could affect our body health and even our study. We could easily get sick. Also we will easily feel tired, sleepy, even make our memory skill lower and lower.

Therefore,it is important to keep healthy. All of these above are very awful to our body. So we should aware of them.
First we should change all the bad habbits we have and raise good habits. We should have the healthy diet. These foods can keep our body healthy and strong.
Second,we should sleep about 8 hours every day, drink at least 6 glasses of water everyday.
At last we should do enough exercise to keep our body fit.
因此,维持健康很重要。对我们的身体来说,所有的上面的那些都是很可怕的。所以我们应该注意到这些。首先我们要改掉坏习惯,培养好习惯。我们应该吃健康的食物,这些食物可以保持我们的身体健康强壮。
其次,我们每天要睡8个小时左右,每天至少喝六杯水。
最后我们还要做足够的锻炼来维持我们身姿苗条。

Years ago people said heath is just not being ill. But nowadays it has an other definition."Being healthy" is more than just not being ill. It has many parts as body health & mental health.
Here are some steps for you to follow:
1.Get your air as clean as possible
2.Exercise for at least 30 minutes at least three times per week.
3.Nutrition is key
4.Don't smoke and don't drink too much.
5.Drink a lot of water! its good for your skin and keeps you hydrated.

Health is far more important than wealth and wisdom. Good health enables us to enjoy our life and achieve what we hope for in our career. On the contrary, poor health tends to deprive us of our interest in everything around us. How to stay healthy concerns everyone, though we have advanced medicine. When we discuss this, some fundamental principles should be brought in mind.
Firstly, it is very important for us to take more fruits and vegetables because they provide vitamins and they help in the process of digestion. Secondly, we have to keep a balanced diet and maintain regular eating habits. Proper nutrition is important for good health. Avoid food with lots of sugar and fat. Eat plenty of foods high in protein. Thirdly, we�d better do morning exercise every day, do sports frequently to make our bodies strong. Besides, we have to avoid too much work pressure. Getting too tired all the time may definitely weaken our defense system, making us get sick easily. Finally, we have to get rid of those bad habits that damage our health, such as drinking and smoking.
