Helle，everyone,I’m gald to give a speech to you,my speech topic is Procrastination(拖延症).do you have procrastination?You will know after my speech.
Now you may ask”what is procrastination?”People have a lot of work to do,but they sometimes do something not important before doing their work and they don’t do their work until they have to finish their work.they spent much time playing,which causes they didn’t have enough time to finish their work.If you always do it,maybe you have a procrastination.

Procrastination is time-consuming,so……How to deal with it?

First,you should know what is important and what is not important so that you can do something more important.
Second,we should make a schedule to arrange our time,it can make our finish our work quickly and well
Third,respect schedule,it is more important than make schedule.

Finally,let's listen to a song called procrastination song and end my speech.
