I would like to be a vegetarian,because I like to eat many types of vegetables, such as celery, beans sproutsand spinach. Vegetable provide us with important nutrients that cannot be foundin any other food. Also, vegetables can be made into delicious dishes,even though a lot of people think that vegetables are not tasty. Personally, Ifind vegetables really nice because they are used in almost every dish I like,such as spinach soup, so I think it will be nice to be a vegetarian if I get the chance to.
