摘要:脂肪族聚碳酸酯具有可生物降解性,作为生物材料,其表面溶蚀降解机理和良好的生物相容性使其在医用等领域中受到越来越广泛的关注。本文通过2,2-二羟甲基-丙二酸二甲酯与氯甲酸乙酯的反应合成了环状碳酸酯单体5,5-二甲氧羰基-1,3-二氧六环-2-酮,再以异辛酸亚锡为催化剂,在不同温度下进行本体开环聚合,得到新型含酯基的聚碳酸酯。单体和聚合物结构经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱及核磁共振碳谱表征。结果表明,开环聚合反应的产率和分子量随温度的升高而增加,但温度高于100℃时开环聚合会发生一定程度的脱羧反应。研究得出该聚合反应适合的反应条件为:反应温度90℃,反应时间12h,聚合过程中基本无脱羧反应发生。

The systhesis of new Makrolon
Abstract: aliphatic polycarbonate has the characteristic which is biodegradability. As a biological material, its Surface corrosion degradation mechanism and remarkable biocompatibility make it has more attention in the Medical and other fields. This article will obtain the Cyclic carbonate monomers 5, 5 - dimethyl carbonyl oxygen - 1, 3 - dioxane - 2 -
ketone through the chemical reaction between 2, 2 - dihydroxy methyl - methyl malonate and ethyl chloroformate, then use stannous iso caprylate as the catalyst, conducting the ring opening polymerization of ontology in different temperature, and obtain the new kind of Makrolon contain ester group. The structure of monomer and polymer represent by the infrared spectroscopy, HNMR and CNMR, accourding to the result, the productive rate and molecular weight of the ring-opening polymerization increase with the tempreature, however if the tempreature is higher than 100 ℃, ring opening polymerization will have some decarboxylic reaction. The reasarch got the conclusion which is the reaction condition of the polymerization reaction is: 90 ℃. The reaction time is 12 hour and in the process of polymerization there wil not have decarboxylic reaction totally.
