随着国家的不断富强，人民的生活水平的不断提高，医疗水平的发展，我国的人口基数大，同时人们的平均寿命增长，使得我过的社会保障制度的压力不断增大，为了缓解社会保障的压力，退休制度的改革迫在眉睫，原有的退休制度慢慢的不符合现今中国国情的发展，从而使得中国退休制度不断进行改革。现阶段中国退休制度的改革如何与现阶段的相关的法律的关系如何调和，做到相辅相成，有利于法治的推进，切实的完善现今的法律体系。中国退休制度的改革影响重大，关系到劳动法、社会保障法等相关法律的实行。了解现今的中国退休制度实施过程中产生的利弊端以及即将进行的退休制度改革对现今劳动法与社会保障法中的相关方面产生怎样的影响，该如何使得改革后退休制度与实行与现行的法律制度相适应。怎么样才能使改革后的退休制度符合我国现阶段的基本国情，阐述现今要改革的中国的退休制度的利弊端，改革后的退休制度与现行的法律的关系与如何切实保障人民的合法利益成为了我国政府面临的重要课题。

The pros and cons of retirement system and reform of China
With the country rich and strong ,the continuous improvement of people's living standard,the development of the medical treatment level,China's population base is big,at the same time people's average life expectancy,make the mounting pressure of social security system of our country,In order to relieve the pressure on social security,the reform of the retirement system is imminent.Original retirement system slowly does not conform to the current development of China's national conditions,so as to make the Chinese pension system reform continuously.
How the present reform of Chinese pension system related to the current law how to harmonize the relationship,be complementary to each other,advance in favour of the rule of law,the improvement of the concrete legal system today.China has a great influence the reform of the system of retirement,related to the implementation of the Labor and Social Security Law .
Understand today's China's retirement system occurring in the
process of implementing the irregularity and the upcoming retirement system
reform of current labor law and related aspects of the social security act what
effect ,how to make reform after retirement system and implement
corresponding to the current legal system ,how can ability make the reform after retirement system conforms to
our country at present the basic national conditions .
This today to the disadvantages of reform of China's retirement
