性质:根据《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》等法规性文件要求,体育是必修课
目标和基本要求:大学体育课程全面贯彻党的教育方针和教育部《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》的精神,是学校教学计划内的课程体系重要组成部分,是高等学校体育工作的中心环节。通过体育教学和健身锻炼的全过程,使学生掌握一定的体育基本知识、基本技能和技巧,养成经常锻炼身体的习惯和终身体育的意识和行为;熟练掌握2项及以上健身运动的基本方法和技能,培养良好的思想道德品质和顽强拼搏精神、创新精神和积极进取的人生价值观与生活态度,提高适应社会与自然环境能力和抵抗疾病的能力,达到提高身体素质、健康水平和运动健身能力、体育锻炼能力的体育素养为主要目标的公共必修课程。课程把身体发展、思想品德教育、文化科学教育、生活与劳动技能教育、心智开发等寓于身体活动并有机结合;课程强调健康教育和终身体育的理念,是实施素质教育和培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展人才的重要途径。

二:教学内容
一、 体育理论
内容:体育与健康的概念、体育锻炼于身心健康、体育文化与健康促进。
目标:传授体育界不能只适合运动技巧,培养终身体育意识,指导日常训练及生活。
二、 篮球
内容:篮球运动的发展概况和趋势、篮球运动的特点、篮球传接球技术、篮球技术。
三、 田径
内容:现代田径运动的特点和发展趋势、短跑技术、中长跑技术。
目标:了解田径运动的概况以及锻炼价值,掌握短跑技术、中长跑技术。
四、 排球
内容:排球运动的起源、排球发球技术、排球正面双手点球技术、排球正面双手传球技术。
目标:通过排球课的学习,理解排球运动的起源等理论知识,掌握排球发球、垫球以及传球技术,培养学生团结协作的集体主义精神。
五、 健美操
内容:健美操基本动作、掌握健美操运动的基本规律、基本技术和基本能力。
目标:本课程从学习健美操的基本动作开始,让学生找我健美操运动的基本规律,基本技术和基本能力。为培养学生终身体育能力打下良好基础。
