本来不想解释的，不过，天才如我居然也马虎了一道，说说吧，咳咳：

1.All women want to escape from the kitchen, _____ the limited place _____ society expects them to fill.
A. which,that
B./,/
C./.where
D.where.which

所有的妇女都想要逃离厨房， 那个有限的空间（后面是定语从句）：社会期望他们去添充。

很显然，看意思第一空就不用添；
第二空the place (that省略了)=where
可见，不添，定语从句中that省了。

贝多芬被认为是最伟大的作曲家之一。
我记得有最高级的时候，就用that，不能用who:
that has ever been known.=ever known.

only to do 是常见的句式。

不要把这句话与look forward to doing弄混了。

这里是两句话：look forward 还有only to do .
