我是WIN7的系统，不小心改变了软件的打开方式，桌面上所有图标都变成了windows播

打开任何软件都是windows播放器，点击系统还原，显示无法系统还原 打开360都是播放器的形式
记事本怎么运行啊？

360、超级巡警、瑞星卡卡之类的软件或者那些优化软件都有修复文件关联的功能，或者System Repair Engineer也很好用，不推荐手动修复，因为比较麻烦且不好弄。

调出任务管理器，点新任务，然后通过浏览找到并选择打开360试试。

然后保存名为修复EXE文件关联.REG，运行，提示修复成功之后重启就可以了
