How is everthing going with you ?I am writing to you to inform you my arrangement in August.I will arrive in Shanghai on the morning of August 21,please pick me up there.I will stay here from August 21 to 24,so please arrange accommodation which is close to the center of city but not too expensive for me,because my workplace is near the center.Book a train ticket,I will go back to Xi'an on August 24.I am very sorry to bother you.
