怎么写英语通告，谁可以帮我写下吗？

时间：5月9日由系里发出的通知
事情：我们将于5月10号去体检
地点：人民医院，离我们学校不远，步行大概十分钟路程。五月十日上午八点星期六
事项：1、七点四十五分在医院门口集合，可以乘车也可以步行
2、体检前空腹不可以吃东西
3、在医院保持安静，听从医生和护士的安排

Announcement
We're going to have a medical checkup at the People’s Hospital on 10th May. That's about 10 minutes on foot away from our school. You can go there by bus or on foot.

1. Congregate at the gate of the People’s Hospital at 7:45.
2. Before the medical checkup, you must fast.
3. Please be quiet in the hospital, committe yourselves to the discretion of the doctor and nurse.
