建议加强阅读。尤其是结合点自己所学的专业。上课记笔记，甚至可以尝试用英语记一些。
多看外面原版电影，尤其是DVD及BD，字幕、语音丰富，是学习英语最好的材料。

有条件，把相关证件考了。

保持每天阅读些英语，水平自然就会有很大的提高。

感觉英语水平高了（综合能力6级以上，即能读，能听，能说，能写），有精力可以选门其他语言，如西班牙语什么的。
