求高手指导几道英语选择题...关于定语从句的

答案是B，看第一空我也觉得要选B，可是看了第二空，为了将就第二空，我又选了D....

Anyway,that evening,____ I'll tell you more about later,I ended up staying at Rachel's place.
A when B where C what D which
答案是D，我选的是A，后面有缺成分吗？

We often have to work on Sundays,____ we don't like.
A though B which C so D but
答案是B，我选的是A，我觉得是表转折吖...

Father is black in March,by ____ our garden will come into a mass of blossom.
A which B that C whom D when
答案是D，我选的是A，by+when？想不通...
第二题有疑问，即使是缺宾语也不是它的先行词可以带进去的吖...
第四题也有，by后为什么不用which反而用when？

1.第一空“where”做地点状语，第二空“what”是做主语，所以不能用“which”。
2.which是I tell you about的宾语
3.因为之前说了“have to ……”这个“which”是代我们不得不做的这个事情。意思是我们经常不得不在周日工作，这个我们不喜欢的事情。
4.这句话不是说“by when”是一起用的，而是by +when our garden……指在后面这个具体时间之前。
