托大家的福，最近我的身体渐渐的好了起来，晚上喝酒的时候觉得酒开始变得难喝了，这说明我不再依赖酒精来麻痹神经了。白天的心情也有了很大的改善，可以开怀大笑。晚上睡觉的时候药量也由之前的一片半减少到半片，晚上基本上不会在做梦了。
  最近遇见一位传教士，她给我讲了人的姻缘关系，还有魏斯博士的《前世今生》。虽然我不相信，但是对我的病情确实有帮助。她教了我怎样去放下，怎样去克制，怎样去切断自己的欲望等等等等。
  虽然说的有些东西不可信，但是有好多都是对精神生活有积极意义的，所以我最近也渐渐的好了起来。
  最后还是谢谢一直关心我的人，谢谢一直帮助我的人，麻烦大家了。
  一次挫折一次成长，不能白白难受了，不能白白花了钱，也不能白白的付出了感情，这些换来的就只有一个结论，那就是可以做爱但是不能谈恋爱。

Thank for everybody's blessing,I getting my body up slowly, I feel no taste over drinking at night,it demonstrated that I'm no longer depend on alcohol to anaesthetize my nerves. mood improved greatly during the day,feel free to laugh.The dosage taken in the night decreases from previous one and a half to a half now,barely have dream at night.

I met a missionary recently who told me something about affinity,and Brian L.Weiss' book Many Lives Many Masters.Although it helps me a lot,I still doult his words. she show me how to free myself,how to control,how to hold my desire and so on

Actually,I don't buy her story entirly, but she gives me some kind of guide which are positive to mental life,and let me up gradually
